Locked In is a brand-new Range-style IPA, loaded up with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Manilita. The brewery has a deep love for their kiwi hops, especially the newer varieties they have access to from Freestyle Hops. This one is everything they had hoped for—super hazy, super soft, and super juicy.
It pours a light yellow color with superior haze and a fluffy-as-heck foam. On the nose, it’s all tropical—waves of guava, lychee, and white peach come streaming out, softly sticking to the nostrils. From the first sip, oozing notes of pine lime splice, fresh lychee, ripe mango, and peach gummies hit the palate. Unbelievably soft and crushable, this one is a true standout.
