Do you ship overseas?

Sorry we don’t currently ship outside Australia. All international orders must have a valid Australian address.

What postage providers do you use?

We use Australia Post as our main courier partner.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We try our very best to process and despatch all orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Average Australia Post delivery times for parcels from time of despatch vary from state to tate as follows:

Sydney / ACT: 1–2 days

NSW other than Sydney: 2–3 days

Melbourne: 2–3 days

VIC other than Melbourne: 2–3 days

South East QLD: 2–3 days

QLD other than South East: 2–4 days

Adelaide: 2–3 days

SA other than Adelaide: 3–4 days

Perth: 4–6 days

WA other than Perth: 5–7 days

NT: 5–7 days

Tasmania: 5–7 days 

Can I collect my online order?

My, you are a ‘keen bean’! Yes you can. Just order and pre-pay online and select the ‘Pick-up In Store’ option. We will notify you when your order has been packed and is available for collection.

Will you post to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect addresses?

Yes we will. If the order is being sent to a non-residential address, please ensure the business/company name is included in the address details (if applicable).

What if my order arrives and is damaged?

Like you, we will be crying in our beer! But seriously if any items are damaged during transport, please contact us immediately. You will simply need to provide proof of purchase and a quick photo of the damaged items. Any items found to be damaged will be replaced. Some limited release beers may not be available for replacement. In this instance you can choose a full refund, an exchange or a credit on your next order.

What happens if I change my mind about a product?

Unfortunately as a beverage product with a short shelf-life, we can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. See ‘What if my order arrives damaged?’ above.
