Convergence is the result of our collab with the iconic Bannockburn Vineyards. This wonderfully vibrant and effervescent ale underwent a mixed fermentation with La Sirene's wild house yeast and Bannockburn's wild yeasts in one of their old 500L Puncheon French Oak barrels for approximately 14 months. This gave rise to a hybrid farmhouse ale that has strong lychee and tropical notes underpinned by a yeast-forward complexity, reminiscent of both Bannockburn Vineyards and La Sirene.
