To create this brand new style of beer Bridge Road have had to combine the processes of the very traditional techniques of old school euro brewers with those of the modern, hop forward US brewers. The base is that of a traditional Pilsner and is brewed and lagered as such. They've then layered in both new and old world hops using modern hopping techniques. This amalgamation of styles, origins and brewing techniques gives us a truly unique and delicious beer.
