2023’s Dark Harvest was designed together with Matt Brynildson, Brewmaster at Firestone Walker, a legend of the US craft beer industry, renowned for his extensive knowledge of and passion for all things hops.
Dark Harvest takes influence from Fire Stone Walker’s ‘Wookie Jack’ with the inclusion of rye to create a broader malt bill as well as the soft chocolate malts seen in previous editions. An unmissable ale.

Up front the aroma brings to mind peaches, dark chocolate and spiced citrus. On the palate, roasty mocha notes meld artfully with the sweet and high tropical characters of the fresh hops. This one WOWS at every step.
The 2023 vintage uses fresh hop cones, picked and added to the beer within 6 hours.
