The latest Nevermore release is something of a throwback to much simpler times. A time in craft beer when things were much... clearer. To update this classic West Coast IPA, 3 Ravens have used some of the recent innovations in hop technology (Cryo, Spectrum and Flex) to lift the hop flavours and aromas to a whole new level. Here's what to expect:
Aroma: Assertive hop, dank, tropical, citrus, pine
Flavour: Low malt, fruity, medium-high bitterness
Mouthfeel: Light body, moderate tannin, dry finish
