Once a year we pack the ute and head up to Bright for our annual hop trip—fresh air, a few beers, and loading up on the freshest wet and just-kilned hops we can get our hands on. This year we’ve gone hard on a combination of Vic Secret and Galaxy from Hop Products Australia, bringing big hits of passionfruit, pineapple and citrus. It’s super fresh, and bursting with that just-picked hop character.
