Seven years ago, at the beginning of Range Brewing, the team launched with two simple phrases: "Forever Exploring, Forever Evolving" and "HOPPY, DARK, SOUR." These words continue to guide the brewery today, forming the backbone of the ethos that built it. Over the years, the Range crew has done plenty of exploring and evolving—and brewed more than their fair share of hoppy, dark, and sour beers. So many, in fact, that the phrase eventually evolved to include one more essential word: DANK.

Pushing boundaries has always been part of Range’s identity, and at times, they’ve taken things pretty damn far. But for their 7th Birthday release, they decided to go further than ever before—with every single beer in the lineup. This celebration is about doing THE MOST. The most hops, the most dank, the most fruit, and the most pastry—all in honour of what Range does best: HOPPY, DARK, DANK, and SOUR.

This Imperial Pastry Stout was brewed especially for the 7th Birthday, featuring the most pastry additions Range has ever packed into a beer. This birthday cake of a brew is loaded with Choc Fudge Brownie, Canadian Maple Syrup, Cacao Nibs, Cocoa, Tahitian Vanilla Beans, Hazelnut, and Lactose. It's a wild and indulgent lineup. The result? A stout that’s off-the-charts chocolatey, bursting with flavours reminiscent of cocopop milk aftermath, maple-dipped donuts, Macca’s choc fudge sundaes, and freshly baked brownies. It’s rich, decadent, smooth, thick, and creamy, with incredible depth and layer upon layer of flavour. The more it warms, the more it reveals—this one’s made to be sipped and savoured.
