Paid In Full is a brand new West Coast Double IPA that has been aggressively hopped with Simcoe Cryo, Simcoe, Chinook, Rakau, and Krush. It's a sticky citrus banger. An ultra-light, all-Pilsner malt base keeps things clean and distinctly new school, allowing the hops to take center stage. On the nose, it offers clean orange zest, dank overripe mango, and a hint of pine.
Once cracked and poured, the beer reveals a medium and beautifully balanced bitterness that perfectly complements both its full body and hop profile. In terms of flavor, bright notes of zesty fresh orange citrus, grapefruit, and subtle hints of dank apricot and mango shine through. The finish is sticky and saturated with hop character that lingers on—just the way it’s meant to be.
