Homemade SoCal IPA, featuring Simcoe, Mosaic, Amarillo and Centennial hops. Brewed with 2 Row, Vienna and Wheat malts. Fermented with California ale yeast. Hoppy and piney. Golden yellow, translucent, foamy off-white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is biscuity, airy, woodchip. Body is light and frothy with soft to tingly carbonation. Taste is sugary, creamy.
