Moon Dag have taken the garnishes from the Bánh mì and matched them to a perfectly tart Gose. In terms of flavour and aroma, cucumber is the star of the show. Light scents of coriander and a nice, gentle chilli tang come about but at no point overwhelm the palate, tapering to a slightly salty, sour finish. Visually, a light golden pour and a solid level of haze.
