Mayday Hills is a farmhouse beer project from Bridge Road Brewers. These beers are fermented in traditional wooden foedar tanks and reflect the township and the surrounding region. Mayday Hills. This peach coloured ale combines yeast derived fruity esters and creamy mouthfeel with tannin structure provided by grapes. This ale was made with Fighting Gully Road winery who initially provided juice from cold soaked Sangiovese which was added to the end of the boil on brewday. This was then supplemented with skins and bunches from freshly pressed Shiraz, post fermentation.
