Oops, Loophole did it again! Their Sourloops range is continuing to expand with the fourth release in the series: Pineapple + Lime Once again they have co-fermented some pineapple juice and lots of lime juice with some pillowy soft wort that had heaps of rolled oats. The use of pale malt makes for a soft, hazy body to balance the lactic acid and fruit flavours. Outrageously refreshing!
