The second release in the Sourloops range is a banger! Once again, Loophole co-fermented soft wort that had heaps of rolled oats but this time they used peach purée. They have saved you the trouble of scooting around the streets looking for fresh peaches hanging from peach trees. The roll of ‘sour’ is to add liveliness. Counteract the sweet. Counteract the heat. This cheeky little series of lactic acid based sours is here to do just that... add a little bit of liveliness coming into summer.
