This soft wheat-based farmhouse Ale displays La Sirène’s signature ‘brewery-specific’ wild yeast aromatic characters of fejoa and green pineapple (courtesy of their living barrels). On the palate, this wild and funky little number has a welcomed lactic sourness showing its age and finishes very dry with La Sirène’s trademark refreshment factor.
