Releasing Batch 5 of Provenance Lemon & Lime. Used in this beer were 150 pounds of Texas Valley lemons from Hernandez Farms in Weslaco, TX and 150 pounds of limes from G and S Groves in McAllen, TX. The zest and juice were added during primary fermentation and allowed to ferment in their stainless steel tanks with their mixed culture of yeast and bacteria. They find that the vibrant flavours of the lemon and lime create an uplifting beer perfect for summertime.
