The name Stickee Monkee is a nod to the Central Coast’s native Sticky Monkey ﬂower, as well as a shout out to the Belgian monks who pioneered the Quad style. This Central Coast Quad is a one of a kind sipping beer built to last and will reward careful aging for years to come. Turbinado brown sugar from Mexico adds wonderful molasses flavours.
