Every year, during the High Country’s fresh Hop Harvest, we send our brewers 15 minutes down the road to one of the world’s original, and Australia’s largest, hop gardens – HPA’s Rostrevor Hops – to explore and discover new hop varieties to use in our handcrafted beers.This year, they came back with freshly hand-picked Ella Hops and used it to brew our annual fresh Hop Harvest Ale which, in 2020, is available in super fresh 375ml cans for the first time!
