Isaac is the name of brewer Teo Musso’s son. This fresh Isaac is made from raw wheat and flavoured with coriander and orange zest from hand-peeled oranges grown on an organic farm in Puglia. Baladin Birra are the first beer company that was associated with the Slow Food movement, and from start to finish, it takes about 4 months from harvest, to fermentation, to stabilisation of the beer before bottling. All of Baladin’s beers are non-filtered, refermented in the bottle and non-pasteurised.
