How would you feel if 3 Ravens were to offer you an easy-drinking brown porter brewed with espresso-roast coffee, dark agave syrup and French oak chips? What if it featured lightly roasted, toasted and caramelised malts and infused with espresso-roast coffee? Dark Agave Syrup adding a light caramel and a hint of fruitiness? What if they used Vic Secret and Mosaic hops for complimentary herbal spice and berry notes, and then fermented the beer with a fruity English yeast on French oak chips, contributing cherry and vanilla? Well, here is the answer. Inspired by the signature cocktail of Mesa Verde, Espresso Martinez, this beer was originally going to be infused with a lot of tequila, but a global pandemic prevented this. However, if you like tequila why not add your own, or enjoy it as a boilermaker alongside your favourite shot.
